Join the club and it goes to work for you. The first thing it does is check whether your state is holding money that belongs to you — and if it is, show you how to claim it directly, for free.

The first benefit: found money
States hold old refunds, deposits, and forgotten accounts that were never returned to their owners. The club checks whether any of it is listed in your name and points you to the official state site to claim it directly. The check is free and there is nothing to buy. See how the money check works.
Others charge to get your money. We do not.
Some companies mail seniors offering to recover this money in return for a share of it. Under Florida law (Fla. Stat. 717.135), that share can be up to 25% — $1,250 on a $5,000 claim. Members of The Senior Desk pay nothing. We show you where the money is; you claim it from the state yourself. See how the money check works.

Who stands behind this
Who runs The Senior Desk
The Senior Desk is the name of this free help desk. Marc Nock, a licensed insurance agent (National Producer Number 21010294), handles insurance help. Carriers may pay him when someone enrolls through him; you never pay The Senior Desk for found-money lookups, education, or insurance help.
That is the whole arrangement: the found-money check and the plain-language help are free, and you never pay The Senior Desk for anything.
